For my spring break, I spent it in St. Louis, Missouri. We had a great time! We left Monday around 3:45 am and got into St. Louis around 11:30 am. The drive however was super boring which began to give us doubts about our vacation spot but it simply didn’t let us down!

Our first day in St. Louis we ate lunch at the Delmar Loop which is one of the top 10 streets to visit in the United States. We ate at the Peacock Loop Diner that is just an Old Timey Diner we all ate a little breakfast. We then went to the Botanical Gardens unfortunately we weren’t thinking and all of the plants outside hadn’t grown back all the way yet but the inside plants were pretty. Next was the arch and it was beautiful. We rode the tram to the top and the ride to the top took about 4 minutes while the ride to the bottom took only about 2. That night we ate dinner at Fox Midwest live which is at restaurant at the outfield lounge of the St. Louis Cardinals so it was pretty cool. Inside of the place it has about seven different bars you can go inside. It was a Monday night so they were all closed but it was a very cool place to experience.

We were very touristy for our second day. We went back to Delmar Loop and did some window shopping and bought a few things even though we probably shouldn’t have. We toured the outside of Busch Stadium (St. Louis Cardinals) and we took pictures outside of the St. Louis Museum because it had a big pretty fountain behind us. We also tried to tour the Bissinger Chocolatier but didn’t realize you had to have an appointment for that but did an escape room to replace that which was probably more fun anyway.

Our third and final day, we woke up pretty early and toured the Budweiser’s Headquarters for only $10 so that was pretty cool. After that, we ate some St. Louis pizza got dessert and headed home to Jackson.

I thoroughly enjoyed St. Louis. We didn’t want to go to the beach because people always go to the beach we wanted to be different from everyone else. I’ve always enjoyed big cities and soaking in big environments! No matter what things we do while I visit bigger cities, my favorite things to do is always just the simple things like walking the city or just exploring!
